Praying for Mary's family at this time where they are not able to have been with her or for a funeral. I know how terribly difficult this is for them. May God bless each and every one of you.
My heart goes out to Robert and all of Mary's family on her passing. Mary Boo and I spent countless hours giggling our way through high school. She was so funny. I will carry many happy memories of our times together. She was terrific and a good, fun friend.
Boo was a true friend. She was fun to sit by in any class and I had that pleasure in multiple occasions. She became a lifelong friend as she and my closest cousin were best of best friends, having met each other at TCU. Their friendship strengthened through the years. So I had the good fortune to renew our own friendship at weddings and special occasions and I so relished those occasions.
Boo was the real deal. She sized up people and life as a result of her own gifts, empathy, faith, and wisdom. She will be deeply missed and mourned during these challenging times. I so value our Alamo Heights community for the sustenance and caring that you all provide.
