Dave and I moved to Houston to be close to son, Tyler, his wife, Jean, and their darling two-year old daughter, Nancy. We made this big decision after Dave was diagnosed with ALS last November and realized that medical care for ALS in Salinas, CA is practically non-existent and that we needed family for this new journey we are taking. It is good in many ways to be back in Texas after so many years. I look forward to reconnecting with as many classmates as possible now that Dave's ALS has run its course. I am still not very savvy in media connections, so I apologize now for my lack of involvement thus far.

Hi Nancy. I just read your life story for the first time. You have had an amazing and successful career and life. A dad of a good friend of our son and the friend live in Tuscon, so I may be coming your way, especiallynext Septrember when the friend is getting married. Dave and i took a trip to Steamboat Springs for a high school reunion in September of 2014. It was lovely and, since it was our last trip together before his diagnosis, a special time. Thanks for your birthday greeting! The idea of being in my 503 again with financial security and grown sons sounds very appealing! Have a great year! if I can figure out how to post photos, i will do so.
